Computer / Network Technician
Qualifications / Experience
This position requires minimum of 2 years experience or an IT qualification eg. A+, N+ or MCSE.
I.T Products & Services Knowledge is essential.
- Computers, networking, IOT, hardware, CCTV equipment, printers, software and basic electronics.
- Internet connectivity, domain, web hosting, email, VOIP/PABX and cloud solutions.
Duties:
- Sales of all products and services in store and online.
- Support and maintenance of clients existing network infrastructure.
- Repairs and troubleshooting: computers, servers, notebooks and printers.
- Instalations: Wired and wireless networks and broadband internet connections.
- Administration: Microsoft servers, basic routing and firewalls/proxy servers.
- Applicant must be reliable, loyal, hard working and self motivated.
- Must have an interest to research and learn quickly in the fast paced IT/Technology Industry.
- Knowledge of Linux based operating systems will be an advantage.
